- Receive, accession, and verify tissue specimens.
- Perform tissue fixation, processing, embedding, and sectioning (microtomy).
- Prepare frozen sections when required.
- Perform routine Hematoxylin & Eosin (H&E;) staining and special stains.
- Assist with Immunohistochemistry (IHC) specimen preparation and processing.
- Label, mount, and organize slides for pathologist review.
- Maintain laboratory instruments such as tissue processors, microtomes, embedding centers, cryostats, and staining equipment.
- Perform routine quality control and preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Ensure proper storage and disposal of specimens and hazardous chemicals according to safety guidelines.
- Maintain laboratory records, inventory, and documentation.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), biosafety practices, and NABL/NABH quality standards.
- Support laboratory audits and accreditation activities.
- Assist pathologists and senior laboratory personnel with special procedures as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
