Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused New Car Sales Consultant to join our MG Malad Showroom. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers and leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable MG car models, conducting test drives, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle showroom walk-in customers and assigned sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Explain MG car models, features, specifications, variants, and pricing.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Generate recent sales opportunities through follow-ups, references, and local market activities.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert enquiries into bookings and retail sales.
- Coordinate with the Finance, Insurance, RTO, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM/DMS.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and customer events when required.
- Maintain proper knowledge of competitors, market trends, offers, and schemes.
- Ensure timely documentation and completion of sales-related formalities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales / car dealership sales preferred.
- Candidates with experience in New Car Sales, Automotive Sales, or Retail Sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Good knowledge of English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
- Valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
