Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive – Techno-Commercial to provide sales and technical support for our Medium Voltage and Low Voltage electrical product portfolio, including RMU, VCB, Compact Substations (CSS), FRTU, Control & Relay Panels, and related products. The role involves preparing quotations, supporting tender activities, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare techno-commercial quotations, proposals, and cost estimates based on customer requirements.
- Review customer RFQs, tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Prepare technical compliance statements, datasheets, deviation statements, and tender documentation.
- Support the sales team with product selection, costing, and technical clarifications.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Accounts, and other internal teams for timely proposal submission and order execution.
- Interact with customers for technical and commercial queries, quotation follow-ups, and order status updates.
- Process customer purchase orders and coordinate delivery schedules, dispatch documentation,



and payment follow-ups.
- Support e-tender submissions and maintain quotation and tender records.
- Participate in customer meetings and provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Stay updated on MV/LV switchgear products, IEC standards, and utility specifications.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 0–3 years of experience in techno-commercial sales support, estimation, tendering, or inside sales within the electrical industry.
- Experience with Medium Voltage switchgear or power distribution products is preferred.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of RMU, VCB, CSS, FRTU, Control Panels, Protection Systems, and related electrical products.
- Understanding of tendering, quotation preparation, and techno-commercial documentation.
- Ability to read electrical GA drawings and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).
- Solid communication, coordination, and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.

Preferred Industry

Electrical Switchgear Manufacturers, Panel Builders, Power Distribution Companies, EPC Contractors, and Industrial Electrical Solution Providers.
