Job Summary:

We are seeking a agile and result-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment and HR operations for our Education/EdTech organization. The role primarily involves hiring counsellors, tele-callers, academic staff, trainers, and support teams, along with handling employee lifecycle management, engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring, target-driven recruitment, and fast paced education environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Major Focus)
- Employee Engagement & Retention
- Exit Management

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
1–3 years of HR experience




Experience in bulk hiring or sales hiring is an advantage.

Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven and recruitment-focused mindset.
Ability to handle pressure and multiple positions simultaneously.
Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing strategies.
Proficiency in MS Excel & HR reporting.

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
