Sales Executive (Full-Time)

Position Overview

Executives who are passionate about helping customers secure the right insurance solutions. The

ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong

desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through field sales, referrals, networking, and lead generation.
- Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Conduct customer meetings and present insurance solutions professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure policy renewals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and timely follow-ups.
- Deliver excellent customer service before and after the sale.

Candidate Profile

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, confident,



and performance-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and achieve daily targets.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or sales is preferred; enthusiastic fresh
