Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications meet the needs of users. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing applications, while providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a cooperative environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.




- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development of project documentation and user manuals.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
