Responsibilities
● Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers.
● Architect scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
● Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce enhancements and recent builds.
● Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to architectural standards.
● Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post- launch support
● Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and other technical teams to define technical strategies and roadmaps
● Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the stability and security of Salesforce applications.
● Stay abreast of emerging Salesforce technologies and trends, recommending strategic adoption.
● Act as a technical subject matter expert for Salesforce, providing guidance and expertise on complex issues.

Pay: Up to ₹2,800,000.00 per year
