curated network of professional content creators. We are seeking a dynamic and
results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our high-energy team. At
Pepper Content, we value creativity, innovation, and a commitment to delivering top-notch
content solutions.

CS/PM is responsible for providing project management expertise and support on
pre-defined projects. Examples include process-improvement and transformational projects,
project management support for client based scientific service/publication projects.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- To bear the onus of delivery of the project and ensure a smooth flow of

information to meet customer requirement
- To build a strong working relationship with client and the internal team which

would help achieve business targets
- End-to-end project management from project initiation to closure by

understanding the scope, determining the resource and developing the project
schedule

- Set and develop the operational aspects of the project, develop and monitor

timelines, milestones and project metrics
- Project timeline & cost management: Effective and efficient management of

assigned projects to complete projects on time and within the budget
- Risk Management & Mitigation: Identify the risk associated with the project and

form a mitigation strategy with help of cross functional team for smooth
operations

- To prepare weekly and monthly reports for the senior management

Collaboration:

- Ability to influence without direct authority




- Establish and maintain effective working relations with all internal & external key

stakeholders
- Participate in project movement activities, support team initiatives & objectives
- Identify and recommend process improvements and initiatives
- Facilitate resolution of any issues by working closely with cross-functional

teams

Operational:

- Plan, execute and manage deliveries for enterprises across industries
- Ensure on/before time delivery of projects that match/exceed set quality

standards
- Plan and monitor capacity utilisation on projects and supply of talent

accordingly
- Expertise in project management and ability to set and integrate new SOPs and

training on tools to be used during all steps of managing the projects.
- Mentor, train and lead a team of project managers and supply leads

Financial Management:
- Be responsible for ensuring timely & correct invoicing based on agreed

milestones & customer preference
- Maximise PO utilisation by working closely with client partners
- Monitor and manage scope changes to close the loop with respective client

partners
- Control the project and monitor MIS, Invoicing, consultant costs, cash flow etc.
- Meet all monthly reporting/business metrics/KPI requirements and manage

internal processes

Client Partnership:

- Build strong client relationships; working closely with new and existing clients to





identify their pain points and future needs
- Meet clients regularly in-person & be a strategic, solution oriented partner for

them via email and phone as well
- Work with both clients and internal teams to plan and coordinate their projects

from inception, driving & owning projects within specified quality, time, and
pricing specifications

- Assist with project planning, including resource forecasting, timelines, and

budgeting
- End to end ownership of client delight and operational efficiency
- Drive and own PO utilisation and organic growth of existing clients
- Ability to coordinate and implement successful projects from start to finish
- Set and implement systems and processes for process improvements &

operational efficiency

Qualifications and Prerequisites:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, with at least 3 years of

experience in team management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a growth mindset and proactive approach.
- Ability to thrive in diverse and remote team environments.
- Proficiency in comprehension, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred).
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA.
- Previous experience in management and/or leadership roles is advantageous.
- Capable of working independently, seeking guidance only in complex situations.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.
- Skilled in networking and communication across diverse functions.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and conflicting priorities with rigour.
