Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Catalogue Manager / Catalogue Manager to manage and optimize our online product catalogue. The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce catalogue management, product listing, and data accuracy, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the end-to-end product catalogue for the company website.
- Create, update, and maintain product listings with 100% accuracy and completeness.
- Audit product information, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, attributes, and categories.
- Ensure timely updates for new product launches, inventory changes, promotions, and discontinued products.
- Optimize product categorization and navigation to improve product discoverability and customer experience.
- Coordinate with the Merchandising, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations teams to ensure accurate product information.
- Monitor catalogue quality and resolve listing issues promptly.
- Maintain consistency in product data across all digital platforms.




- Generate reports and identify opportunities to improve catalogue performance and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Catalogue Management, E-commerce Operations, or Product Listing.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and product data management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in the Jewellery, Fashion, Luxury Retail, or E-commerce industry.
- Understanding of SEO-friendly product listings and online merchandising.
- Familiarity with ERP, PIM (Product Information Management), or inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on improving customer experience and online conversions.
