Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious, target-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing prospective buyer leads, conducting site visits, pitching residential/commercial inventory, and closing high-value property deals. You will act as a primary bridge between interested clients and project developers to drive monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Management & Pitching: Follow up promptly on marketing-generated leads, understand customer property requirements, and deliver tailored sales presentations.
- Site Visits & Closing: Schedule and execute in office visits with clients, highlight project USPs, resolve objections, and negotiate final deal terms through to closing.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active database of prospects and log daily client interactions in the internal CRM tool.
- Channel Partner Networking: Build and nurture relationships with local real estate brokers and channel partners to boost external lead flow.
- Market Insights:



Keep up to date with regional real estate trends, competitor pricing, and upcoming developer launches to effectively position properties.
- Revenue Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue benchmarks set by management.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the real estate sector (residential or commercial).
- Communication: Strong spoken and written communication skills with persuasive negotiation capabilities.
- Local Knowledge: Solid understanding of local property micro-markets, builder developments, and pricing trends.
- Mobility: Personal two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred for attending client site visits.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any discipline.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
