Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Optimize titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for better visibility.
- Update inventory, process orders, coordinate shipments, and track deliveries.
- Handle customer queries, returns, refunds, and feedback.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and procurement teams.
- Generate sales and inventory reports using Excel and marketplace dashboards.
- Monitor seller account health, pricing updates, promotions, and marketplace compliance.

Required Skills

- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or eBay Seller Hub.
- Knowledge of product listing, catalog management, inventory control, and order processing.
- Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Formulas).
- Valuable communication, customer handling, and marketplace SEO knowledge.




- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- OMS/IMS tools: Linnworks, Unicommerce, Zoho Inventory.
- Keyword research tools: Helium 10, Jungle Scout.
- Basic Photoshop/Canva and international marketplace experience.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. E-commerce/Digital Marketing certification is a plus.

KPIs

Listing accuracy, order turnaround time, inventory synchronization, customer response time, return/refund resolution, seller account health, and sales growth/conversion improvement.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
