Maxim Global Accounting is seeking an experienced Corporate Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations for US based clients and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, exceptional analytical abilities, and experience managing accounting teams in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day corporate accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
- Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Manage general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and strengthen internal controls.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, audits, and business initiatives.
- Analyze complex accounting issues and provide practical, data-driven solutions.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA preferred).
- 6+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience.
- 2+ years of experience in an Accounting Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Concur and Stampli is a plus.
- Experience working in a quick-paced, multi-entity corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
