Key Responsibilities

- Counsel patients regarding hair transplant procedures and treatments.
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, and payment options.
- Address patient queries and resolve concerns with confidence and empathy.
- Ensure a positive patient experience from consultation to treatment.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to provide seamless patient care.
- Maintain professional follow-up with prospective and existing patients.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.




- Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Presentable personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain positive patient relationships.

Preferred Candidate

- Prior experience in patient counselling, healthcare, beauty, or customer service is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
