Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
- Strong knowledge of operating system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with patch management and software deployment tools.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktop environments.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques to assist end users effectively.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
