About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and day-to-day financial operations. The candidate must be proficient in Tally and have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and coordinating with auditors.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Record and verify all financial transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, and documentation.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, return filing, and related statutory compliance.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.




- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.
- Support financial planning and budgeting activities as required.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in coordinating with auditors and handling audit documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
