- Coach employees on handling customer objections.

Customer Service Training

- Professional customer greeting and communication.
- Complaint handling and conflict resolution.
- Building excellent customer experience and loyalty.

SOP & Store Operations Training

- Billing & POS operations.
- Inventory management and stock control.
- Receiving, returns & exchanges.
- Store opening & closing procedures.




- Cash handling processes.

Food Safety & FSSAI Training

- Product storage standards.
- FIFO implementation.
- Hygiene and cleanliness practices.
- FSSAI compliance and food safety guidelines.

Training Material Development

- Prepare SOP manuals.
- Create presentations, videos and quizzes.
- Update training content as per new products and processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
