We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the textile industry and a proven ability to handle customer queries, manage orders, and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve customer issues and queries through coordination with various internal departments.

Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and concerns.

Coordinate with factories, buying offices, and sales teams for seamless order processing and projections.

Prepare and share regular business reports to monitor progress and performance.

Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatches.

Provide support to the sales and other departments in a systematic and timely manner.

Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients, internal teams,



and departments to ensure long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships.

Collaborate with the team daily to identify and resolve any operational challenges.

Be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), Email, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.

Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Requirements:

Experience in the textile industry is mandatory.

Solid problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
