Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Field Officer to oversee and support security operations across assigned sites. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership, inspection, and coordination skills to ensure high standards of security service and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular site visits and inspect security operations.

- Supervise and guide security guards at assigned locations.

- Ensure guards follow company SOPs, discipline, and attendance requirements.

- Coordinate with clients to resolve operational issues promptly.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field inspection reports.

- Manage guard deployment, replacements, and emergency arrangements.

- Train security personnel on safety procedures and company policies.





- Investigate incidents and submit detailed reports to management.

- Ensure proper grooming, uniform compliance, and duty performance.

- Support recruitment, induction, and performance monitoring of security staff.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in security operations or field supervision.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to travel to multiple client sites.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, and email).

- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
