Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Assist clients in planning and booking UK holiday packages
- Coordinate with vendors and tour operators for smooth bookings
- Maintain solid relationships with clients and provide post-booking support
- Keep accurate records of daily inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the process

Required Skills:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Eligibility Criteria:

- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
- Prior experience in travel sales is a plus (not mandatory)
- Must be comfortable working in the night shift

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
