Position description: Dynamic professional orchestrating strategic planning, audience engagement initiatives, and content optimization for YouTube channels to drive sustained growth and brand impact.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute content strategies for YouTube channels, aligning with overall organizational objectives and target audience interests.
- Conduct in-depth audience analysis to understand viewer demographics, preferences, and behaviors, using insights to inform content strategy decisions.
- Monitor and analyze competitor channels, identifying trends, strengths, and weaknesses to refine and enhance the YouTube content strategy.
- Work closely with content creators, providing guidance on content ideation, format, and scheduling to ensure alignment with the established strategy.
- Collaborate with SEO teams to integrate strategic keywords and optimization techniques into content planning, enhancing search visibility and discoverability.
- Utilize analytics tools to track key performance metrics, evaluate content effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other marketing channels and teams to ensure alignment and synergy across various platforms, maximizing the overall impact of the content strategy.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of high-quality videos while optimizing for seasonal and trending topics.




- Collaborate with budgeting teams to plan and allocate resources effectively, ensuring the content strategy is executed within financial constraints.
- Foster community engagement through interactive content and analyze viewer feedback to adapt the content strategy and address audience preferences.
- Explore and negotiate collaborations with influencers, partners, or sponsors to expand the reach and impact of YouTube content.
- Anticipate potential risks and develop contingency plans, ensuring the content strategy can adapt to unforeseen challenges and crises.
- Provide regular updates on content performance and strategy effectiveness to middle and senior management, fostering transparency and collaboration across the organization.
