Job Summary:
The Civil Billing Engineer is responsible for assisting in the preparation and verification of project bills, quantity measurements, and documentation. The role involves coordinating with site engineers, maintaining billing records, and ensuring timely submission of client and subcontractor bills.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing client and subcontractor bills based on work completed.
- Measure quantities as per drawings and site execution.
- Maintain billing records, BOQs, and measurement sheets.
- Verify contractor bills and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with site engineers to collect work progress data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
- Assist in preparing rate analysis and cost estimates.
- Ensure billing complies with contract terms and project specifications.
- Support documentation related to project invoicing and payments.




- Maintain proper filing of billing documents and reports.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, and billing procedures.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Valuable analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ludhiana, Punjab (Ludhiana): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- Civil Billing Engineer: 1 year (Required)
