About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s end-to-end finance and accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
· Manage the complete Finance & Accounts function of the organisation.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
· Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
· Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports.
· Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
· Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.
· Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory regulations.
· Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and regulatory assessments.
· Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and fixed assets.
· Liaise with auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities.
· Strengthen internal financial controls, policies, and SOPs.
· Drive finance process improvements and ERP optimisation.
· Support senior management with financial analysis and business decision-making.
· Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
Required Qualifications
· Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI).
· 5–8 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
· Candidates holding ACCA, CPA, or equivalent international finance qualifications with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
· Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Companies Act compliance.
· Experience handling statutory and internal audits.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
· Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
· Leadership experience managing finance teams is an advantage.
Compensation
CTC: ₹15–17 Lakhs per annum (depending on experience and suitability).
Exceptional candidates with strong industry experience and/or ACCA, CPA, or equivalent international qualifications may be considered for a higher compensation package.
