We are looking for experienced Certified Health & Wellness Coaches to evaluate and improve AI-generated health coaching conversations. As a Health Coach Annotator, you will review Large Language Model (LLM) outputs for accuracy, empathy, safety, and coaching effectiveness while contributing to the development of responsible AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Review AI-generated coaching conversations for quality and accuracy.
- Evaluate coaching tone, empathy, personalization, and actionability.
- Identify unsafe, misleading, or non-evidence-based health advice.
- Compare responses with established coaching frameworks such as motivational interviewing and behavior change models.
- Provide structured ratings and feedback to improve AI performance.
- Assist in refining annotation guidelines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Background in Health Coaching, Public Health, Nursing, Behavior Change, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of coaching methodologies and behavior change principles.
- Excellent written English communication skills.




- Ability to evaluate content using structured guidelines.
- MacBook preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certified Health Coach (NBHWC or equivalent).
- Experience evaluating AI/chatbot responses.
- Knowledge of motivational interviewing or related counseling techniques.
