Magnifico Resin is a growing brand in the epoxy resin flooring industry. We work to deliver high-quality epoxy flooring solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. We're looking for a proactive, people-oriented individual to build and manage our network of flooring contractors.

What You'll Do:

- Identify, approach, and recruit skilled epoxy/flooring contractors to build a robust, ready-to-deploy contractor pool
- Screen new contractors for skill, reliability, and past work quality
- Negotiate rates and finalize agreements with contractors
- Handle onboarding paperwork, KYC, contracts, and safety documentation




- Coordinate contractor deployment based on project requirements and track ongoing work
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors to ensure engagement and retention
- Monitor contractor performance and maintain a quality-rated database

What We're Looking For:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with basic paperwork, documentation, and follow-ups
- Willingness to travel locally to meet contractors if required
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
