Technical writer
We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team who is highly motivated. The technical writer will be in charge of producing and maintaining user manuals, technical documentation, and other written materials pertaining to our products and services.

Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data about our products and services in close collaboration with cross-functional teams that include developers, product managers, and subject matter experts.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and other written materials pertaining to our products and services.
- Gain a thorough understanding of both the needs of our clients and our products and services.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to make sure that documentation is consistent with the overall product design and branding
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate,
up-to-date, and adheres to established style and formatting guidelines
- Constantly enhance our documentation’s quality and usability through feedback and examination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to write for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze technical information from multiple sources
- Familiar with API documentation and tools such as postman, swagger
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
