Job Summary:

We Are Looking for a silk retail team to join with us!!

1. Salesman / saleswoman

2. Saree draping artist

3. Sales trainee

4. Floor manager

5. Floor head

7. Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend walk-in customers, understand requirement and suggest sarees/dresses
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
- Product knowledge: Silk sarees, Cotton, Bridal, Fancy
- Billing, POS handling and stock arrangement
- Maintain showroom hygiene and VM standards
- Follow customer service SOPs
- Drape sarees for customers in trial room and for events
- Suggest draping styles: Bridal, Traditional, Modern, Airport style
- Maintain draping accessories and hygiene
- Upsell sarees + accessories during draping
- Coordinate with sales team for customer conversion
- learn product knowledge and customer handling
- Assist senior sales staff and floor supervisor
- Billing support, folding, and stock maintenance
- Maintain trial room and showroom cleanliness




- Meet learning targets and convert to Sales Staff in 3 months
- Manage entire floor operations: Sales, Stock, Billing, Staff
- Achieve floor-wise sales target and monitor KPIs
- Staff scheduling, training and performance review
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations
- Stock audit, damage control, and VM compliance
- Report daily sales and issues to Floor Head
- Overall in-charge of 1-2 floors of the showroom
- Drive sales, footfall conversion and average bill value
- Manpower planning, training, and discipline
- Coordinate with VM, Audit, and HO for schemes/projects
- Customer grievance handling and VIP customer service
- Ensure SOP, Hygiene, and Canteen compliance
- Welcome customers and guide them to respective sections
- Handle EPABX calls and customer queries
- Maintain visitor register and appointments
- Coordinate with Floor Manager for announcements
- Basic computer + Billing support during peak hours
- Maintain reception area hygiene and décor
