Job Summary

The Finishing Supervisor (Interior Works) is responsible for supervising and executing all interior finishing activities at project sites, ensuring quality workmanship, timely completion, and adherence to safety standards. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, and project teams to deliver high-quality interior finishes as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise all interior finishing works including painting, flooring, false ceiling, partitions, tiling, woodwork, modular furniture, glazing, and other fit-out activities.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and project engineers for smooth execution.




- Conduct regular quality inspections and rectify defects or non-conformities.
- Verify material quality, quantity, and timely availability at site.
- Maintain daily progress reports and update the Project Manager on work status.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in interior finishing and fit-out projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
