Job Title: HR Executive (Payroll & Compliance)

About the Role

We are urgently hiring an HR Executive who has strong hands-on experience in salary processing, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance. If you are someone who enjoys handling end-to-end HR operations and wants stability with growth, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Process monthly payroll (salary) accurately and within timelines
- Handle PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance (calculations, filings, documentation)
- Maintain employee data including attendance, leaves, and records
- Support recruitment activities job posting, screening, interview coordination
- Manage joining & exit formalities
- Draft professional emails and handle HR communications
- Prepare MIS reports using Excel / Advanced Excel
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role




- Strong practical knowledge of Salary processing, PF, ESIC (must-have)
- Good command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas)
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently and efficiently
- Immediate or early joiners will be preferred
