We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to manage HR operations, recruitment processes, employee engagement, and administrative support in a professional work environment. Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups)
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain attendance records, leave management, and employee files
- Support employee engagement activities, internal events, and team-building initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies
- Maintain office administration activities, including asset tracking and vendor coordination
- Maintain employee grievance records and assist in resolving workplace concerns
- Assist in organizing internal meetings,



celebrations, and team activities
- Maintain visitor logs, petty cash records, and HR documentation
- Provide general HR and administrative support as required

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 0.6 – 1 year of HR experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)
- Candidates with HR experience in IT, Manufacturing, or other industries/departments are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
