Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Showroom Sales Executive to assist customers in selecting the right air conditioning products based on their requirements. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic product knowledge, and a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome customers and understand their air conditioning requirements.

· Explain the features, specifications, and advantages of AC models.

· Recommend suitable products based on customer needs, budget, and room size.

· Assist customers throughout the sales process.

· Coordinate with the installation and service teams for timely product delivery and installation.

· Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, and pending orders.

· Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and daily showroom activities.

· Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and products are displayed attractively.

· Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

· Stay updated on new products, offers, and industry trends.

· Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.





· Prior experience in retail or showroom sales is preferred.

Experience

· 1–3 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or customer service.

· Experience in selling air conditioners, home appliances, electronics, or HVAC products will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong customer service orientation.

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software/ERP is an advantage).

· Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

· Sales negotiation and closing skills.

· Team player with a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills

· Knowledge of residential and commercial air conditioning systems.

· Ability to communicate in English and the local language.
