We are looking for a motivated and well-organised Office Executive to join our team at our Thiruvalla office.

The ideal candidate should have excellent computer skills, positive communication skills, and the ability to manage office reception and day-to-day administrative responsibilities. Candidates with experience or interest in healthcare, home care, office administration, and digital marketing will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle office reception and client enquiries professionally
- Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination
- Support marketing activities and lead generation
- Assist with digital marketing, social media updates, and promotional activities
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and service partners
- Maintain records, follow-ups,



and office documentation
- Support the team to ensure smooth office operations

Candidate Requirements:

- Excellent computer skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam
- Ability to handle reception and office coordination
- Healthcare or home care experience will be an advantage
- Digital marketing knowledge will be an added advantage
- Candidate should be local or willing to relocate to Thiruvalla or Ernakulam
