We are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Zoho CRM customization, Zoho Creator development, Deluge scripting, API integrations, workflow automation, and Zoho One implementation.

- Key Responsibilities
- Zoho CRM implementation, customization, and configuration
- UI customization, module setup, and field mapping
- Workflow automation and multi-level approval process implementation
- Budget-based approval workflows with automated email triggers
- Mandatory rejection reason handling within approval flows
- Data migration (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals) and data cleanup
- Sales funnel setup and dashboard/report creation
- Bi-directional and single-direction API integrations with third-party systems
- Real-time data synchronization using Zoho CRM APIs
- Email integration (POP3, IMAP)
- Survey management setup using custom modules/records
- Zoho Creator application development and legacy system migration
- Zoho One implementation and automation
- Scheduler application development
- Zoho SalesIQ setup and Zobot (chatbot) implementation




- Integration with Zoho Projects, Zoho Campaigns, and SalesIQ
- Client support, troubleshooting, and technical assistance
- Required Skills

- Proficiency in Deluge scripting
