Job Purpose:
Responsible for delivering the target GPW numbers of an assigned territory through building a robust, effective and de-risked agency channel.

Reports to: Retail Business Development Manager.

Team Reporting:
Will be expected to connect, recruit and handle a team of freelance agents, and drive the same to meet stated business objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

- Generation of Leads.
- Recruitment of new agents, in accordance with laid down regulations regarding agent recruitment.
- Activation of agents.
- Ensuring training of agents as per business requirements.
- Ensuring business hygiene standards, in face of business pressure.
- Candidate needs to have positive communication skills, perserverance and willingness to learn.

Knowledge / Experience / Skills

- Needs to have spent at least 0-1 year in Sales function of insurance or non-insurance company. Minimum expected qualification – Graduation.
- Candidate needs excellent communication skills, perseverance, adaptability, goal orientation and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
