Hiring: Team Leader – Telesales (Insurance Broking)

Location: Bhandup, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time | In office

CTC: As per company standards + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of telesales executives.

- Drive insurance sales through outbound calling.

- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.

- Provide coaching, training, and regular feedback to team members.

- Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing sales.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.

Required Skills:

- Strong team handling and leadership abilities.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Target-driven approach with good problem-solving skills.





- Knowledge of insurance products and telesales operations.

- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.

Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

- 3–8 years of experience in Telesales, with 4+ year of team handling experience.

- Candidates from Insurance Broking / Insurance Industry will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate:

- Experience in health, life, or general insurance sales.

- Proven track record of achieving team sales targets.
