Position: Instructional Designer
Location: Hyderabad (Hyderabad)
Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer with 6–7 years of core Instructional Design experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle the end-to-end Instructional Design process, including content analysis, storyboarding, development, quality review, and final delivery.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with SMEs and stakeholders.
- Analyze learning needs and define learning objectives and instructional strategies.
- Develop engaging eLearning content, task-based procedures, Job Aids, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), and instructional videos.
- Develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, branding, and functionality.
- Manage project timelines, documentation, version control, stakeholder reviews,



and content repositories.

Required Skills:

- 6–7 years of core Instructional Design experience.
- Solid experience in handling the complete Instructional Design lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline development is mandatory.
- Strong experience in storyboarding, eLearning development, Job Aids, and QRG creation.
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Synthesia, Snagit, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience collaborating with SMEs and managing stakeholder review cycles.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Siemens Teamcenter and Food Chain ID (FCID) is an added advantage.
