Role: Product- Quality Head

Experience: 10+ years

Work Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a testing strategy to ensure our products are defect-free, using automated testing tools to improve efficiency.

- Lead the Quality Control and Testing teams, ensuring products meet high standards of performance and reliability before release.

- Set up and maintain quality assurance processes, following best practices, to ensure consistent product quality and performance.

- Work closely with product development and customer experience teams to address quality issues and continuously improve products.

- Ensure the team understands the products thoroughly to validate their functionality and features during the release process.





- Analyze quality metrics and customer feedback to improve processes. Present reports and suggestions to management for product improvements.

- Ensure all software releases meet quality standards and proper documentation requirements.

- Maintain the companys compliance with key certifications such as ISO and SOC reports. Coordinate audits with internal and external teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.
- At least 10 years of experience in quality assurance within IT or software development.
- Robust knowledge of testing tools, quality assurance processes, and compliance standards.
