Job Summary

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, marketing residential and commercial properties, meeting prospective buyers, understanding their requirements, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring successful sales closures.

You will play a vital role in representing our brand and providing customers with an exceptional property-buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Generate quality leads through digital platforms, references, cold calling, and field marketing.

Connect with prospective customers and understand their property requirements.

Schedule meetings and property site visits.

Present residential and commercial projects professionally.

Follow up with interested customers until closure.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Marketing Responsibilities

Promote company projects through social media and digital marketing channels.





Participate in promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.

Attend property exhibitions, events, and marketing drives.

Coordinate with the marketing team to convert inquiries into site visits.

Build and maintain a strong customer database.

Develop long-term customer relationships to generate referrals.

Customer Relationship Management

Provide honest and accurate information about projects.

Explain pricing, payment plans, offers, and financing options.

Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the buying journey.

Deliver excellent customer service before and after the sale.
