- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation clearly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth booking and documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions,
and property campaigns to generate leads.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Based on experience)
