Job Overview

The Workforce Management Team Lead plays a key role in optimizing scheduling efficiency and supporting operational performance through data-driven planning and reporting. This role is responsible for developing and managing workforce schedules aligned with business needs, ensuring optimal staffing levels, and supporting smooth service delivery.

The role also requires solid reporting and analytical skills to evaluate workforce performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. The Team Lead will prepare reports on scheduling adherence, staffing efficiency, and operational metrics while driving process improvement, reporting automation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

· Create shift rosters and schedule shells for each line of business based on call patterns.

· Review and monitor staffing requirements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

· Identify leakage patterns and recommend solutions to improve scheduling efficiency.





· Create and manage entitlement planning aligned with HR and business processes.

· Ensure scheduling accuracy and adherence to workforce planning requirements.

· Provide ideas and support initiatives for process automation.

· Attend management meetings as required.

· Complete other business-assigned tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

Essential Skills

· Working knowledge and technical understanding of WFM principles and calculations.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Experience with Calabrio and Amazon Connect.

· Strong reporting skills, including MS Excel and VBA.

· Excellent analytical skills.

Effective organizational and time management skills.
