We’re Hiring Senior Travel Consultant

We are looking for for a experienced Travel Consultant who can handle Domestic & International travel inquiries, understand customer needs, and design customized travel packages. This role combines customer interaction, travel sales, and backend coordination with hotels and transport providers to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilitie

✔ Handle travel inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and online channels, maintaining professional communication with prospective customers.
✔ Understand customer preferences, budget and travel expectations to recommend suitable destinations and packages.
✔ Guide and convince customers to finalize travel plans and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
✔ Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other travel vendors to check availability and obtain competitive rates.
✔ Prepare travel itineraries, quotations and package options for customers.
✔ Ensure all travel arrangements are confirmed before departure and meet customer expectations.
✔ Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and support a positive customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills




✔ Experience in Travel Tourism, Hospitality, Sales or Customer Service is preferred.
✔ Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to convert inquiries into bookings.
Proficiency in English and Hindi is highly preferred.
✔ Knowledge of tour packages, hotels, destinations, and travel logistics.
✔ Good coordination skills to work with hotels, transport providers, and vendors.
✔ Ability to manage multiple inquiries and maintain accurate booking records.
✔ Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and online booking communication.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
