Customer Handling

- Meet customers and understand their printing requirements.
- Suggest suitable printing materials, paper types, finishing options, and printing methods.
- Prepare quotations and pricing.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert them into orders.
- Maintain customer relationships and handle complaints professionally.

Production Management

- Plan and schedule printing jobs.
- Coordinate with designers, machine operators, and finishing staff.
- Ensure jobs are completed on time.
- Monitor production quality and reduce wastage.

Team Management

- Supervise operators, helpers, and production staff.
- Allocate daily work and monitor performance.
- Ensure proper discipline and workflow within the unit.

Machine Operations & Maintenance

- Operate digital printing , flex printing and finishing machines when required.
- Monitor machine performance and report maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with service engineers for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.





Inventory & Procurement

- Monitor stock of paper, inks, toners, plates, and consumables.
- Raise purchase requests and maintain inventory records.
- Control material wastage and production costs.

Reporting

- Maintain daily production reports.
- Track sales enquiries, quotations, and order status.
- Report overall business performance to management.

Desired Qualifications

- 3–5 years experience in digital/commercial printing industry.
- Knowledge of digital printing, flex printing , and finishing processes.
- Valuable communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email).
- Ability to prepare quotations and manage customers independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
