We're looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Manager who can not only manage our social media presence but also create engaging video content, grow our audience, and become the face behind many of our product tutorials.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage Outfy's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Pinterest.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all platforms.
- Grow followers organically through consistent, high-quality content and community engagement.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media opportunities.
- Analyze social media performance and optimize content based on engagement and conversions.
- Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely manner.
Video & Content Creation
- Shoot and edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok videos.
- Create high-quality YouTube tutorials, feature walkthroughs, and product explainer videos.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience managing business social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, and YouTube algorithms.
- Comfortable presenting on camera and explaining software products.
- Knowledge of AI content creation tools is a plus.
