About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team! If you love talking to people, have a friendly voice, and want to grow in a supportive office environment, we would love to meet you. Freshers are welcome!
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Follow up with prospective clients and share basic product details.
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone and WhatsApp.
- Maintain basic call logs and updates.
Eligibility & Requirements
Education: Undergraduates with good communication skills may apply. We are only looking for your skills and how serious and enthusiastic you are to to learn things.
Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior calling or customer service experience is a plus.
Languages: Mandatory fluency in English and Hindi (Telugu is an added advantage).
Skills: Basic smartphone or computer knowledge to handle calls and messages.
