Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications while serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. This role requires overseeing the development process, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the required specifications and quality standards. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with team members to drive the project forward efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align objectives and resolve challenges.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure As Code (IaC).
- Experience with automation and configuration management tools related to Infrastructure As Code.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure provisioning and management.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable infrastructure solutions.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to support infrastructure automation.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure As Code (IaC).

- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
