The Group Finance Head shall be responsible for leading and managing the complete Finance and Accounts functions of Matrusri Education Society and its constituent institutions, namely MVSR Engineering College and Matrusri Engineering College.

The incumbent shall establish a professional finance department, implement strong financial controls, standardize accounting procedures, ensure statutory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance to the management. The role also includes leading the ERP implementation from the finance perspective and digitizing all accounting processes.

Educational Qualifications

1.Essential- Chartered Accountant (CA)

2. Preferred -CA with MBA (Finance)or CMA (ICWA) MBA (Finance)

Experience Required

- Minimum 15–20 years of post-qualification experience with age 45-50.
- At least 8–10 years in a senior finance leadership role.
- Experience managing finance for organizations with annual turnover exceeding Rs.100 crore must
- Experience in educational institutions, universities, or large corporate organizations will be preferred.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and finance transformation projects.




- Strong exposure to internal controls, audit, budgeting, taxation, payroll, and statutory compliance.

Technical Skills
