Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and up-to-date guidance on visa requirements, application procedures, and documentation

Assist clients with completing visa application forms and ensure all required documents are properly prepared and submitted

Evaluate clients’ eligibility for various visa categories through detailed assessments

Offer personalized advice and suitable visa options based on each client’s background and objectives

Handle and resolve visa-related inquiries, concerns, or issues during the application process.

Reqirements :

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)

Solid knowledge of visa processes, requirements, and documentation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa options

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to handle client queries and resolve issues efficiently

Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
