Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and promoting our products/services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, payments, or feedback.




- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to persuade and build rapport with customers.
- Robust listening and problem-solving skills.
- Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
