- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and intakes.
- Follow up on inquiries generated through social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
- Schedule appointments for counsellors.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
