Job Description :-

- 3-5 years of experience as Planning Engineer or Site Planning role on high-rise residential building projects (minimum 15+ storey RCC structures)
- Hands-on experience in preparing and updating construction schedules (weekly/monthly) for building projects using MS Project or Primavera
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing for RCC, blockwork, plaster, waterproofing, façade, and finishing works in high-rise buildings
- Experience in tracking project progress, preparing look-ahead plans, and highlighting delays/risks with mitigation proposals
- Ability to coordinate with site execution, QS, and procurement teams for resource planning (labour, shuttering, concrete, reinforcement, materials)
- Experience in preparing daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and productivity reports for management/client
- Good knowledge of reading and understanding civil drawings (GFC, structural, architectural) and BOQs
- Willingness to work full-time at site in Pune on a fast-track high-rise residential project

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
