Please Note :

A Senior Counsellor will be responsible for driving student counselling, application conversions, and associate engagement with premium universities across key study destinations including the UK, Ireland, Germany, Singapore, and Dubai. The role requires a solid understanding of international admissions, student profile assessment, career counselling, and business development to support enrolment growth and student success.

Applicants with excellent communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills from banking and other industry will also be given due consideration.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assess student profiles, academic backgrounds and eligibility for international universities.
- Recommend suitable courses, universities, and study destinations based on student interests, academic performance, and career goals.
- Handle queries from walk-ins, leads, and associates.
- · Drive conversions from counselling to application enrolments and achieve assigned revenue and enrolment targets.
- · Guide students through the complete application process, including SOPs, LORs, resumes, university applications, and interview preparation.




- Coordinate with admissions and visa teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of applications.
- Manage relationships with associates and channel partners while supporting business development initiatives.
- Conduct regular training sessions for associates and internal teams on university offerings, admission requirements, and visa updates.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Stay updated with admission processes, visa policies, and university requirements across destinations.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective students and associates to drive application progression.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation as per university and visa requirements
- Own end-to-end student conversion targets and contribute to monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Support students with profile-building strategies recommending internships, certifications, research projects, volunteering opportunities, skill-development programs.
- Conduct career guidance sessions, study-abroad seminars, university awareness programs, and workshops in schools and educational institutions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
